Porter then became extremely upset and began to direct obscenities at his sister and her two children, threatening to kill all three of them, according to the complaint.

His sister’s children told police that Porter threatened to stab their mother.

When Porter saw his sister on the phone with police, he twisted her arm and ripped the phone from her hands.

When police arrived, they found Porter and his sister outside the apartment. He had a blood alcohol percentage of .23, according to a portable breath test.
