Report: Man Now Wants To Remove 'Threatening' Tattoo

A story in the Pioneer Press says a St. Louis Park man who was charged with using body art to threaten a police officer now wants to get rid of it.

A St. Louis Park man was charged last year with threatening a police officer with a tattoo.  A story in the Pioneer Press says the man's defense attorney told a judge on Jan. 15 that he and the defendant, Antonio Frasion Jenkins Jr., are "exploring ways to remove the homemade tattoo." According to the criminal complaint signed by Minneapolis Police Lt. Michael Fossum, police learned on Oct. 30 that Jenkins, a member of the Bloods street gang, had posted a picture on his Facebook page of a tattoo on his left bicep. The tattoo depicts a person holding a semi-automatic handgun, with the barrel of the gun partially in the mouth of a pig. The pig is wearing a police hat and uniform with a patch on the right shoulder with a police badge number …

Man Charged with Threatening Woman in SLP Hospital

Police say Samuel Lee Moore told the hospitalized woman that he would throw her down the stairs and break her neck.

An Excelsior man has been charged with threatening to kill a woman while she was a patient in a St. Louis Park hospital. Samuel Lee Moore, 55, is charged with making terroristic threats, a felony with a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. St. Louis Park police were called to Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital on Dec. 1 to investigate a report of threats being made toward a patient, according to the criminal complaint, signed by St. Louis Park Police Officer Siar Nadem. The victim told police that Moore had come to visit her in her hospital room about 8 p.m., and he had been drinking. When he began to swear at her and call her names, she said, she asked him if he was going to “beat her again,” referring to an assault …

St. Louis Park Man Faces Fifth DWI-Related Charge

Darren Gile Hoffman was charged with first-degree DWI after police say he refused to submit to an alcohol test.

A St. Louis Park man with five previous DWI-related convictions on his record has been charged with first-degree DWI in Plymouth. Darren Gile Hoffman, 48, is charged with first-degree driving while impaired and refusing to submit to a chemical test, a felony with a maximum penalty of seven years in prison and a $14,000 fine. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of three years in prison. Plymouth police were called to the area of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane just after 9:30 p.m. Nov. 27 after residents reported a car racing up and down the street, according to the criminal complaint, signed by Plymouth Police Investigator Molly Lynch. St. Louis Park Man Charged with Threatening Police Officer with Tattoo

Police say Antonio Frasion Jenkins Jr. posted a photo of his tattoo on his Facebook page. The tattoo appears to be a direct threat against a Minneapolis officer.

A St. Louis Park man has been charged with threatening a Minneapolis police officer by posting a photo of a tattoo on Facebook that specifically targets that officer. Antonio Frasion Jenkins Jr., 20, is charged with making terroristic threats for the benefit of a gang, a felony with a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
