CEO Joins Canterbury Board John Morgan, the CEO of St. Louis Park's Winmark Corporation, has been added to the Canterbury Park board of directors. Morgan owns a 9.4 percent stake in Canterbury Park and has been Winmark’s chairman and CEO since March 2000, according to Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Morgan is an avid poker player, playing in tournaments around the country.
