What's Happening at the Water Tower?
A resident and a Patch editor noticed some workers at the city's water tower this week.
St. Louis Park resident Judy Graham noticed some workers in a boom at the city water tower near Cedar Lake Trail and Highway 100 on Thursday. At about the same time, Patch Local Editor James Sanna was taking a picture of the same workers. We're not sure what they were doing up there.
