An amphitheater in St. Louis Park honors America's veterans.
It's one of my favorite places in St. Louis Park. Nestled in the beautiful Wolfe Park, the Veterans Memorial Amphitheater is a simple yet powerful nod to those who served. And by making this a place that is used frequently—especially during the warmer summer months—the city has made sure that many see this tribute. It seems fitting, then, to kick off this new St. Louis Park Patch feature by highlighting a true Park landmark. And it also seems fitting to present this place in black and white, signifying the history and tradition of this country's armed forces.
