Parade of Homes Features New SLP Property

This year's Parade of Homes, an annual rite of autumn in the Twin Cities area, represents an array of prices, features and locations across the region.

Like falling leaves and pumpkin harvests, the annual Parade of Homes has become a sure sign of autumn in the Twin Cities region. This year's parade, sponsored by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC), features 301 new homes, open from noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays until Sept. 30. The parade homes are free to the public except three "dream homes," for which the BATC is requesting a $5 donation to the BATC Foundation. One St. Louis Park home is featured—a $534,900 property located at 2973 Ensign Ave. Another 46 homes are listed within 10 miles of St. Louis Park. You can search for homes here. Wanted: Local Homes for Remodeling Tour

This year's event will be on May 6.

The city of St. Louis Park is looking for several homes to be featured in the annual Home Remodeling Tour. This year's tour will be on May 6 from 12-4 p.m. A total of six homes will be featured.
