SLP Man Charged with Passing Forged Prescription

Police say Erskine Admora Morrison gave pharmacists at Walgreens a forged prescription for 120 oxycodone tablets.

A St. Louis Park man is accused of trying to obtain 120 oxycodone pills by offering a fraudulent prescription at a St. Louis Park drugstore. Erskine Admora Morrison, 54, is charged with fifth-degree drug possession, a felony with a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of a $3,000 fine. St. Louis Park police were called to Walgreens on Cedar Lake Road on Nov. 14 after employees reported a man trying to pass a forged prescription, according to the criminal complaint, signed by St. Louis Police Officer Siar Nadem. Officers spoke to an employee, who said Morrison dropped off a prescription for 120 oxycodone tablets, then left the store. The employee said the prescription …
