Loon-Calling, Prince Cover Band: West End's 'You Betcha!' Music Festival
It's the second year The Shops at West End is holding a summer music festival.
A loon-calling contest and a Prince cover band are among the delights available to attendees of this Saturday's exclamation-laden You Betcha! Minnesota-Made Festival!
Its the second year that the Shops at West End is holding the festival. Music is scheduled all day—from 12:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.—and festival goers can also enjoy a collector car show and dishes from multiple food trucks and restaurants.
SCHEDULE:
12:30 p.m.-1:30 - Jim Rhodes Quartet
2-6:30 p.m. - Minnesota Legend Bands
6:30-7:00 p.m. - Loon Calling Contest
7-8:30 p.m. - The Purple Xperience ft. Dr. Fink of Prince and the Revolution
8:30 p.m. - Minnesota Accent Contest
9-11:30 p.m. - Boogie Wonderland
Admission is $10 at the gate, with proceeds benefitting Guitars for Vets and music education in schools.
