Dog Costume Contest, Hay Rides at Excelsior and Grand This Saturday
Here's our guide to weekend activities in and around St. Louis Park.
A dog costume contest, hay rides, inflatables and trick-or-treating for both kids and dogs are among the activities available this Saturday at the Shops at Excelsior & Grand's sixth annual Woof 'n Treat Halloween Party.
The free event, founded by the owners of Bubbly Paws and Pampered Pooch Playground, will benefit Homeward Bound Dog Rescue through a silent auction and donations from participating merchants, who will donate a portion of the day's sales to the organization.
The dog costume contest will start at 1 p.m. and be hosted by K102’s Amy
James and KDWB’s Falen from the Dave Ryan Show.
Last year's event raised more than $3,000 for Homeward Bound Dog Rescue.
