Airing of 'Lone Survivor' in SLP Will Benefit Wounded Veterans
The Showplace ICON Theater in St. Louis Park will host a screening of the Mark Wahlberg movie, "Lone Survivor," as a fundraiser for wounded veterans.
Two former Navy SEALs with a connection to the subject of the film will speak before the movie airs on Jan. 20. Proceeds will benefit the Lone Survivor Foundation.
Tickets are $50 each and include a $10 concession gift card.

- Larry Yatch, Sealed Mindset Founder and CEO and 10-year veteran of the Navy SEALs
- Isaiah Maring, Sealed Mindset Facility Manager and 10-year veteran of the Navy SEALs (Sniper and Leap Frog)
- Scott Foxx, Trainer for the Lone Survivor actors and 18-year veteran of the Navy SEALS
Larry Yatch and Isaiah Maring will welcome those in attendance and share why Sealed Mindset runs benefit events for non-profit organizations like the Lone Survivor Foundation. Larry will discuss the reasons why the Lone Survivor Foundation is so important to him personally and to SEALs who have sacrificed for our country, which will include personal photos of his close friends who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Scott Foxx is one of five Navy SEALs who trained the main actors of Lone Survivor film. He will give an overview of the training process that made the movie as realistic as possible and share his personal behind-the-scenes stories of the actors, their training, and their workouts.
