The BSM boys soccer team, ranked second in Class A, blanked Fridley by a 7-0 score to improve to 12-1-1 overall and 8-0 in the North Suburban, giving the Red Knights a 1 1/2-game edge atop the conference standings.
John Mulvahill scored twice, while goalies Kevin LeBahn, Alex Leiter and Ryan Philbin all split time in the BSM net to share the shutout.
