SLP's Armstrong Gets 'Top Teacher Award'
Patricia Armstrong was surprised on Friday at Peter Hobart with the award.
Patricia Armstrong, who teaches at and elementary schools, as well as , was recognized on Friday with a "Top Teacher Award" from FOX 9.
FOX 9 anchor Jeff Passolt, who attended St. Louis Park schools, surprised Armstrong with the award (we'll link to video of this when FOX 9 posts it).
In addition to a small trophy, Armstrong will receive a Subway party platter for 100 people, and St. Louis Park schools will receive $900 toward school supplies from Royal Credit Union.
