Thanksgiving Sides

Executive Chef Sue Erickson adds her culinary flair to salads and vegetables and creates some modern classics. Enjoy Pear and Pomegranate Salad with Caramelized Pecans, Apple & Fennel Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette and Cheddar Frico, Green Beans with Pancetta, Mushrooms and Crispy Leeks and Southern Comfort Sweet Potato Casserole. Wines & Spirits Manager Jason Newell joins the class for some perfect Thanksgiving wine pairings.

All cooking classes are $15 per person. At the completion of each class, participants receive a $10 coupon for the culinary and gift basket shops at Byerly's in St. Louis Park.

Advance registration is required online or by visiting the Lunds and Byerly's Catering reception desk at Byerly's in St. Louis Park. You can register multiple participants in a single order.
