Thanksgiving Knife Skills

Culinary Shop Manager Joan Donatelle and Wüsthof Trident Representative Todd Myers give a lighthearted tutorial on roast carving and other essential knife skills that make kitchen prep more efficient and fun. Students also have a "hands on" opportunity to practice chopping, dicing, and mincing. Sample Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Home-style Gravy and Traditional Stuffing.

Through informative, one-hour cooking classes, you'll learn about favorite and new products, food ingredients and the latest in cooking trends.

All cooking classes are $15 per person. At the completion of each class, participants receive a $10 coupon for the culinary and gift basket shops at Byerly's in St. Louis Park.

Advance registration is required online or by visiting the Lunds and Byerly's Catering reception desk at Byerly's in St. Louis Park. You can register multiple participants in a single order.
