Participants will learn what to do to prevent a fall, services available after a fall and how to assess oneself and one's surroundings. This informative class is part of the Successful Aging Initiative. Presenters are Mark Windschitl from the fire department, Carol Hagberg of Visiting Angels Senior Home Care and Jennifer Jackson, a phyiscal therapist with Extendicare.
