Crockpot Cuisine

This class will help teach you unique ways to prepare meats, entrees, sides and desserts using a slow cooker. Slow cookers can make meal planning and prep easier during every season of the year, while saving you time and money. The November class will highlight various Thanksgiving techniques, but will not involve any actual cooking. Participants will be required to purchase a copy of the Crockpot Cruisine manual/cookbook, which includes more than 150 recipes adapted specifically for crockery cooking. Cost for the book is $14 and must be paid to the instructor at class. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the class.
