Through informative, one-hour cooking classes, you'll learn about favorite and new products, food ingredients and the latest in cooking trends.
Join us to learn about production, care and culinary uses for several varieties of blue cheese. Recipes include Blue Mousse; Mini Stilton Palmiers (palm shaped pastries and Fresh Cheese Pate.
All cooking classes are $15 per person. At the completion of each class, participants receive a $10 coupon for the culinary and gift basket shops at Byerly's in St. Louis Park.
Advance registration is required online or by visiting the Lunds and Byerly's Catering reception desk at Byerly's in St. Louis Park. You can register multiple participants in a single order.
