Capitol Contact: Building on Minnesota's Proud Tradition of Civic Engagement

With this week marking the 48th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act, I can think of no better time to reflect on the steps we took this year to make it easier and more convenient for all Minnesotans to participate in our democracy.
