St. Louis Park-Contracted Hunters Shoot Deer in Minneapolis

A Fox 9 report says the city terminated its agreement with Superior Whitetail Management Company after the incident.

Fox 9 reported Saturday that the City of St. Louis Park terminated its contract with Superior Whitetail Management Company after hunters killed a deer in Minneapolis.

City Manager Tom Harmening told the station, "The contractor removed a deer in an area where it was not directed to perform its operations and the time of the removal was not in keeping with the instructions given to the contractor. What the contractor did was inexcusable."
