SLP Holding Open House on Hwy 100 Reconstruction Project

The open house starts at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the city council chamber.

St. Louis Park residents are invited to a open house on Tuesday on the massive, $80 million Highway 100 reconstruction project.

The project, which will add lanes on Highway 100 between Highway 7 and County Road 5, is expected to start in 2014.

During the open house, representatives from MnDOT, from the city of St. Louis Park and from a MnDOT community advisory committee will be on hand to answer questions about noise walls, bridges, lighting, landscaping, public art and other aspects of the project.

The open house will run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the St. Louis Park City Hall Council Chambers.
