City Council to Discuss Lawsuit Settlement Tonight

Other agenda items include a report from the Human Rights Commission and the Police Advisory Commission

The St Louis Park City Council meets tonight to discuss a possible settlement agreement in a lawsuit filed against Alberto Properties, LLC. 

The meeting will begin with a special closed-door meeting with the City Attourney at 6:30 to discuss the settlement details. The public will be admitted following the discussion, when council members are slated to vote to approve or reject the agreement.

Other items on tonight's agenda include reports from the city's Human Rights Commission, the Police Advisory Commission, and an update on the city's preparations for a possible state government shutdown.
