Woman Charged with Head-Butting St. Louis Park Co-worker
The woman allegedly head-butted him in the mouth after a verbal argument.
A Minneapolis woman is accused of head-butting coworker in the mouth during her shift at the Electro Static Corp. in St. Louis Park.
Margarito Espana, 42, has been charged with two misdemeanor assault charges and faces up to 90 days behind bars for the incident.
The owners of the industrial powdercoating business in the Beltline Boulevard industrial park called St. Louis Park police around 3:30 p.m. on July 11.

The business owners told police that Espana had had a telephone argument earlier in the day with a male coworker.
When the man tried to leave work, Espana approached him, wanting to fight, according to the criminal complaint.

He went inside to get his bosses, who told Espana to leave.
Instead, she approached her coworker, head-butting him in the mouth, busting up his lip, according to the criminal complaint.
Her bosses then intervened and Espana left the building.
When police arrived, the man’s lip had fattened and was trickling blood.
