She then asked the group not to tell anyone, emphasizing that they “only had one” drink, according to the criminal complaint.

The older of the man’s two sons said that a bottle of Kinky Vodka was passed around later in the evening with Cicharz’ permission.

Cicharz told police she had minors at her home on Oct. 19, but she denied serving them alcohol.

St. Louis Park police Lt. Lori Dreier said the case is still being investigated and she could not share the nature of the relationship between Cicharz and the minors or the age of the minors present.

Cicharz faces up to a year behind bars and a $3,000 fine.
