Police say Amber Marie Harris was extremely intoxicated when she assaulted the St. Louis Park woman with a pair of scissors.

Harris’ 6-year-old son told police that he saw “Mommy stab Grandma,” according to the complaint.

Harris was too intoxicated for police to obtain a “coherent statement,” the complaint said.
