'That's Disgusting, Get Out of Here': Indecent Exposure on Alabama Avenue

A man in his late teens or early 20s exposed himself to two women sitting in front of a St. Louis Park apartment complex on the 3400 block of Alabama Ave S.

The man was walking north on Alabama Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on July 5, looking into vehicles suspiciously, one of the women told police.

He was described as a Native American man with an afro, about 6 feet tall, wearing an orange/peach shirt and white shorts. The woman said he “appeared to be on drugs,” according to the police report.

When she asked what he was doing, he turned around, exposing himself, and started walking toward her and her friend. The woman told police he stared at her like “a deer in headlights.”

“That’s disgusting, get out of here,” the woman said, at which point he turned back around and continued toward 34th Street.

Another woman told police she was watching the incident from her van and saw the man touch himself over his pants.
