Naked SLP Man Charged With Using Sex Toy on Picnic Table

A St. Louis Park man with a history of indecent exposure is charged with using a sex toy on himself atop a picnic table at the St. Louis Park Brush Collection Facility.

Eric Frank Halgren, 49, is charged with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and one count of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure after a witness to the incident picked him out of a photographic police lineup.

A white male with a medium to heavy build was seen entering the recycling lot completely naked around 8 a.m. on Sept. 28, according to the criminal complaint.

The witness said he had seen the naked man at the brush collection facility before and that the naked man was sitting on top of a picnic table when he used the sex toy.

Two days later, the witness picked Halgren’s picture out of a lineup of six males with similar features.

Halgren has been convicted of indecent exposure in March 2006, June 2006 and August 2006.
