Follow Along With Tonight's DWI Arrests

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety will be tweeting every arrest from Friday night's patrols. Catch all the tweets here.

Extra drunken driving patrols will be on the roads throughout the state through Sept. 2—and tonight officers will be telling the public about every arrest.

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) will post details about every arrest on Twitter and digital billboards across the Twin Cities. The updates will include include age and gender of offender, location of arrest and alcohol-concentration level.

So far this year, 219 people have been killed on Minnesota roads, up from 198 at this time last year.
