Beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend to all died peacefully on the morning of June 11 at home where he loved to be.
Preceded in death by father, John; grandfather, John Addington and several friends.

Survived by mother, Barbara Addington; sister, Connie; brothers, John and Aidan; grandmother, Frances Addington; aunts, Carol, Susan and Becky; extended family and countless friends.
Duncan was an extremely creative and talented free spirit, musician, artist, and urban explorer who cared very much about other people. We will miss him forever and we wish him well on his next adventure. "Never forget ASE."
