James D. Puzak, Knollwood Liquor Employee, Dead at 58
James D. Puzak, an employee for 20 years of Knollwood Liquor in St. Louis Park, died from complications of Multiple Myeloma on Jan. 8 at the age of 58.
A 1973 graduate of St. Louis Park High School, Puzak was a long-time volunteer for the American Cancer Society and served as an usher at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Golden Valley, according to a Washburn-McReavy obituary.
He loved skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, golf, gardening, traveling and the Grateful Dead.
"He always had a smile on his face," Peter Ralles of Maple Grove wrote in a Legacy.com obituary, "and if you were having a bad day he would always find a way to make you smile."
He is survived by his mother, Caroline; sister, Carolyn; brother, Dan; and nephews, Matthew, Michael, Thomas and Joseph.
