Where Were You on Sept. 11, 2001?

Today is the 11th anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks. What are your memories from that day?

Today is the 11th anniversary of a day none of us in this country will ever forget.

The terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, left nearly 3,000 dead and left countless scars on the American psyche. The day was, undoubtedly, the defining tragedy of a generation, much as the John F. Kennedy assassination or Pearl Harbor defined earlier generations.

In that vein, today we are asking where you were—and what you remember—from 9/11/01. In the comments below, feel free to share your reflections.
