Gregg for City Council...Committed to Public Service

In my last blog post, I shared my professional journey as a public employee – starting as a young teenager working for the Park in Parks and Recreation and transitioning to Human Resource Management in a local parks agency.

A few years ago, I decided that I needed to learn more about public administration.  Since then, I have had the opportunity to be educated by some of the best local city and county managers and local policy makers at Hamline University as I completed a Masters in Public Administration.

This experience has strengthened me in my professional role.  It also inspired me to take the step into running for local office.  My learning has provided me insights into local policy making, community engagement, and collaboration that I hope to give back to my neighbors in Ward 3 on the Council.
