More About Cavalia

A little more about life on the road as a member of the unique equestrian show.

Please please please warm weather don't go away!! I LOVE IT!!!! Biking is awesome here so if you're so fortunate to live here and you don't utilize the amazing bike paths..... shame on you:)

The shows are going great.... still sold out and still having great crowds! The show travels year-round and has been since it was created in 2003. Between every city the horses and artists get a minimum of two weeks off. It takes anywhere from 13-18 days to set-up the tents in the next city so the break is always nice. A lot of people ask if traveling gets old. I don't think so. We are in each city for at-least a month or so, which makes it more like a "settled traveling" life:) I always look at the positives with everything and I never got to travel growing up, so I'm certainly getting my full dose now. The entire permanent crew with the show is about 125 people, which doesn't include the temporary workers that Cavalia provides jobs to in each city. So at least when we travel to a new city, I automatically know 125 people!

Also, no Juicy Lucy yet....... but I can't wait :)
