This delightful comedy represents the history of the “old

North side” of Minneapolis – the people, places, and things important to the

Twin Cities past and present. Veteran actor, Marshall

Hambro, reprises his role of Izzie Silvers, owner of Silver’s Grocery. After

over 50 years, both the store and owner are showing their age. This

warm-hearted comedy evokes a neighborhood with a rich and diverse history

facing the challenges of urban renewal and the survival of a small business

with an aging proprietor and loyal customer base. Al Saks as Chavez and Patrick

Garry as Elvis Mooney are back as Izzie’s old friends supporting each other

through life’s sorrows and joys. Niko Richardson explodes as the dynamic

Billy Moss along with new cast members Adam Western, Paul Economon, and Rachel

Ratkowski who help tell this story of friendship

amidst Minneapolis’ mosaic of ethnic diversity.
