“Finding Your Tone” Guitar & Amp Workshop Series #1

Are you left feeling a little empty because your guitar sounds a bit empty?  Having trouble getting your guitar to sound like Jimmy Page or Pete Townshend?  Well we have the SOLUTION for you!

Brought back by popular demand, Rock Camp For Dads is offering an exclusive THREE-PART Workshop series that gets you fired up and your guitar tones cleared up!  Starting on Saturday, January 19 from 10am-noon, RCFD’s own gear-head Nathan Kinney will conduct the ‘FINDING YOUR TONE’ WORKSHOP SERIES #1 at the RCFD HQ in St. Louis Park!  If you are wondering where to go from your current set-up, then look no farther!  This Workshop is great for those who want to upgrade but are not sure where to go or what to look for.

The topics at this Workshop will include:

  • Differences in guitar models

  • Differences in amplifier models

  • Finding the best combination of guitar and amplifier

  • Getting the best out of your current budget

  • Decoding technical specs & advertisements

  • What to look for at instrument stores

This event is open to rockers of all ages and experience.  This is a great starting point for newbies, but a fantastic refresher for those seasoned alumni!  You can ALWAYS improve your guitar tone!  There will be equipment demonstrations and don’t be afraid to bring your own gear for Nathan to inspect.

The cost for this Workshop is $20 for RCFD alumni and $25 for non-alumni.  Seating is limited so you need to SIGN UP TODAY to secure your spot and hone your on-stage skills!  Contact Denise at denise@rockcampfordads.com or 612-819-6722.  What are you waiting for?  The only thing at stake here is your audience!  So grab their attention and please their ears!  It’s up to you!
