Bande des Quatres Jewelry Trunk Show at Max's
Erin Wahed,
jewelry artisan and co-owner of the Bande
des Quatres line, will bring her collection of Bauhaus-inspired pieces to Max’s
at The Shops at Excelsior & Grand for a one-day show on Saturday, April 26. Wahed will join her mother, jewelry artist Janis Kerman, at Ms. Kerman’s Custom Design Event and Trunk Show
taking place April 24-26 at the shop. Both
collections will be shown together for one day. Bande des Quatres was launched
in 2011 and quickly developed a worldwide following of those who appreciate the
line for its refined, artful aesthetic combining precious gemstones with
sterling silver, oxidized sterling silver, 18kt yellow gold, and palladium
white gold. Ms. Wahed draws on her art
world experience to design work inspired by Bauhaus masters, world renowned
architects and abstract photographers.
Each Bande des Quatres piece is a collaboration between Ms. Wahed, who
designs the concept, and her mother, Ms. Kerman, who hand-crafts the work. Don’t miss your chance to meet these two
highly talented, sought-after jewelry artists and view their stunning
collections.
