Wind Advisory in Effect for Much of Tuesday
The National Weather Service recommends securing outdoor furniture brought outside during the recent warm spell.
A wind advisory has been posted for St. Louis Park and the rest of Hennepin County from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
The wind will come with a cold front sweeping into the area Tuesday morning. Southwest winds could blow from 30 to 40 miles per hour, with gusts of up to 50 mph. Objects left outside, such as trash cans and lawn furniture, could be blown around.
Be cautious as driving could be hazardous, especially for those in high profile vehicles, the NWS reports.

Wind advisories are posted when winds of 35 mph or more are expected.
There's also a slight chance of showers before 1 p.m. and then it should be partly sunny and warmer, with a high near 69 degrees.
