With the Fourth of July upon us, many everyday services will be interrupted. Here's a look at a few major ones:

Post offices: Area post offices, including the St. Louis Park Post Office, will be closed. Express Mail be delivered on July 4, and regular service will resume on July 5.

City buildings: will be closed, but the Rec Center and adjacent Aquatic Park will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Aquatic Obstacle Course will reopen Saturday, July 6.

Libraries: All Hennepin County Libraries, including the St. Louis Park Library, will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Grocery stores: Major grocery stores, such as in St. Louis Park, will be open.

Banks: Bank hours vary. Check with your personal bank before making the trip.
