With June upon us, we look back at what had St. Louis Park talking in May.

As we roll over the calendar to June today, here's a quick look at the five most popular stories from May on St. Louis Park Patch:

 was named the fourth best public high school in Minnesota—and the 363rd best in the country—by U.S. News and World Report.

Coyote spottings have become more and more common in St. Louis Park, and at least two dogs have been killed in the last year. Our interactive map allows residents to plot their sightings.

A St. Louis Park home was damaged by a fire on the afternoon of May 16, but no injuries were reported. The fire caused significant damage to the southwest corner of the house

Jack Jablonski was back in the hospital for the second time since being  in April. He is recovering from a serious spinal cord injury sustained in a hockey game last year.

Steel Toe Brewing could soon be selling its brews by the pint on-site if City Council gets behind the plan. Council is considering implementing a "taproom" ordinance, which would allow breweries to sell their own beers on the premises.
