  • 0 fatal crashes
  • 0 severe injury crashes
  • 0 moderate injury crashes
  • 35 minor injury crashes
  • 44 property damage crashes

Under MnDOT's ranking system, the 35 minor injury crashes (worth 7.67 points each) totaled 268.45 points, while the 44 property damage crashes tacked on another 44 points, for a total of 312.45.

By comparison, the state's most dangerous intersection according to MnDOT—Minnesota Highway 15 and Minnesota Highway 23/2nd Street South in St. Cloud—tallied more than 561 points, making it almost twice as dangerous by these standards. The intersection had one fatal crash in the last three years, as well as a startling 100 property damage crashes. Perhaps not surprisingly, the intersection's total of 150 crashes was tops among the 20 on the list.
