A Dog Full of Soul and Dreams

I think it’s a beautiful thing to be able to look beneath the surface of all living things. It is a gift to connect with others by tapping into their powerful soul and spirit to a fulfilling path of understanding and love.

This week’s featured pet has without a doubt an incredible soul and sweet spirit deep within. Duke has the most soulful eyes, begging for someone to open his heart and give him the stable and loving home he deserves.

Duke lived with his previous family for four years, but they had to leave him behind when they moved to a new place. He’s already had quite a few homes in his lifetime, and is now just looking for a place where he can live out his retirement years in peace and bliss.

This guy is a gentle giant at 95 pounds. He is also laid back and just wanting some quality love and attention. Don’t we all?

When Duke arrived at the , the vets noticed he had an infected tooth. He is now healing after they managed to extract it to prevent any future problems or pain. As Duke recovers, he should continue to eat soft food and not chew on any toys for the next few weeks.
