Horrible customer service and shoddy craftsmenship

Honestly if it was an option I would give this establishment 0 stars. I brought my well worn leather boots to get repaired at David's, he asked me to pay in advance ($130) which I didn't mind because usually small business owners are very reliable. He said they would be done in about a week and to come back the following Friday, my schedule is very busy so I came back a week after he told me to and said they would take another week. When I reminded him that they had already been here for 2 weeks he started to yell at me saying that I was a liar and that he was "dying" and I thought that my boots were more important than him being ill. Offended I asked if I could get my boots back and a refund and he told me that my boots were at a different location. I asked where I could go pick them up and he scoffed and said that he didn't know. Now I don't know if I am getting my boots back and I'm down 130 bucks, do not trust this man he will scam you and will make you feel guilty when it was truly his fault. If you want to be called "the most inhumane person he has ever met" and get yelled at by a crazed middle aged man be my guest.
