PRISM Express Dial-a-Ride Transportation is for Everyone in St. Louis Park

PRISM Express is a non-profit dial-a-ride transportation program that is operated by PRISM (People Responding in Social Ministry).

Welcome to PRISM Express dial-a-ride transportation.

We are a door-to-door, wheelchair lift-equipped demand response transportation program. We can transport anyone for any reason within our service area of St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Crystal, New Hope, Brooklyn Center and eastern Plymouth (east of Hwy. 494) Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

This service is partially subsized by the City of St. Louis Park and the Park Nicollet Foundation. Riders pay a fare to ride according to a sliding scale fee based on their stated monthly income. Fares range from $3.50 each way to $10.98 each way.  There is no application to ride and there are no obligations to sign up to ride on a regular basis. Just call us at least 3 business days before you need a ride and we can set up your ride.
