What should move in on 36th Street? We want to hear your ideas.
It's too bad that wasn't able to make it, as it was a cool little coffee shop in a rapidly developing part of town.
But alas, an empty building is sitting at 5690 West 36th St., waiting for someone to move in. With large residential developments going up at either end of the street, this seems like a pretty prime storefront.
