SLP Apartment Complex Sells for $11.4 Million

A St. Louis Park-based firm bought Westwood Gardens, a 152-unit complex near Highway 100 and Highway 394.

Sela Investments, a St. Louis Park-based property management firm, is adding to its local holdings with an $11.4 million purchase of Westwood Gardens, a 152-unit apartment complex near Highways 100 and 394, Finance & Commerce is reporting

The seller, Sidal Realty Co., is also based in St. Louis Park and owns eight apartment complexes throughout the Twin Cities.

The three-story apartment complex, located near the water tower, features a pool and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
