Meadowbrook Road Industrial Building, Used for Window Production, Sold to Financial Firm

The 43,966 square foot manufacturing facility at 3938 Meadowbrook Road was constructed in 1969.

A Meadowbrook Road industrial building currently used for the production of Wellington Home Improvements' line of replacement windows has been sold to  Waba Financial.

The 43,966 square foot manufacturing facility is located on 2.33 acres of land at 3938 Meadowbrook Road. Waba is not releasing financial details of the purchase.

"This is an excellent little corridor for industrial activity in St Louis Park, and we are delighted to have Wellington Home Improvements as a tenant," said Amie Heddle, Waba Financial's Chief Financial Officer, in a statement.

The 3938 Meadowbrook Road building was built in 1969 and owned by Schloff Chemical before being rented to Wellington, according to the St. Louis Park Historical Society.

"St. Louis Park is a fantastic and thriving community that has served the Wellington brand very well for 20 years," Brent Woods, Wellington's president, said in a statement. "Because I sell and install windows all across the Twin Cities being centrally located in the community is extremely important to Wellington."

The property will be managed by Anderson Property Management.
