Harland Dietrich Fundraiser to Take Place at Maple Grove Granite City

Dietrich died after his vehicle went through the ice on Lake Minnetonka.

The Maple Grove Granite City is hosting a fundraiser in honor of a St. Louis Crave employee who died Feb. 2 after his vehicle went through the ice on Lake Minnetonka.

Harland Dietrich went through the ice with his grandmother, who also died, and would have turned 32 in March. Friends and family set up the Harland Dietrich Memorial Fund in his honor.

From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday, the Maple Grove Granite City will donate 10 percent of the total tab to the fund whenever customers tell their server they’d like a portion of their tab donated.
