Ice Cream Social Among Weekend's Best Bets

St. Louis Park Patch gives you some fun events to check out while you're off the clock.

There are plenty of great events on tap this weekend, including a high-energy juggling show and a comedy at the Sabes Jewish Community Center. But the cherry on top is the annual St. Louis Park Children First Ice Cream Social on Sunday.

Why Go: A theatrical comedy honoring everything Jewish that will entertain any audience.

Price: $15 general public, $12 premium/community JCC members, $10 students

Where:  , Minnetonka

Why Go: Enjoy the sociable luncheon and spring fashion show hosted by the Golden Valley Federated Women’s Club.

Price: $25

 

When: Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.

Where: Minnesota School of Business–Plymouth Campus (Plymouth Plaza, 1455 County Road 101 North)

Why Go: Get your pet a spring cleaning while supporting local animal shelters and organizations.

Price: Single services cost between $5-15 and all-inclusive packages are between $35-45
