Update: This One is for Jack
As I mentioned in my blog yesterday, although I usually write about financial matters, I'm instead writing about Jack Jablonski- the Benilde-St. Margaret's hockey player who was paralyzed. My son attends Benilde-St. Margaret’s, is a player on the same hockey team, and was on the ice at the time Jack go hurt. He is one of Jack Jablonski’s best friends.
I just wanted to update you on the first real progress in our team effort to provide something for people to do to support Jack Jablonski.
Late Monday afternoon, on Jack’s web site, a link was provided for the purchase of the first authorized t-shirt to support the Jack Jablonski Fund.
On the left hand column of the web site main page, click on the “Sauce Hockey” logo. You will then be directed to another web site to purchase a t-shirt.
In his sixth grade graduation yearbook, Jack wrote the phrase you see on the t-shirt. Jack’s mom and dad thought that this phrase best describes what Jack now faces with the new circumstances in his young life.
Benilde-St. Margaret’s school and the boys hockey team continue to receive an outpouring of support, along with questions about “What can we do for Jack?”
