A new home furnishings store has opened at St. Louis Park's Shops at West End.

Parmida offers furniture, decor and various gifts. The West End location is one of eight new locales being rolled out by the company this year.

“It’s thrilling to have Parmida open,” said Michael Landstad, West End senior property manager, in a press release. “We’ve all been watching the build-out and it looks great. The interior of the store is absolutely stunning and the merchandise mix is filled with items you can’t get anywhere else around here.”

Last month, the West End announced the addition of a sushi restaurant and a blow dry bar.
