Richard "Dick" Strohl, who served on the St. Louis Park City Council from 1981-1985, passed away on July 13 at the age of 71.
Friends and family will gather to share remembrances on Sunday, Aug. 5, from 4-6 p.m. at Open Eye Theatre. Memorial preferred to: Youth Farm Market Project.
